6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued minus admin costs. Once a submission is made or substantial work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, graphics, and service processes, are the intellectual property of APlus Permit and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APlus Permit be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or permitting delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
